Every MS Belts replica wrestling belt is individually hand-crafted to your approved design; therefore all sales are considered final. The following terms outline the extremely limited circumstances under which we may—but are not obligated to—authorise a return or refund. By placing an order you irrevocably agree to these conditions and accept that MS Belts retains absolute, unilateral discretion to decline any request, even when all stated eligibility criteria appear to be satisfied.1. - Manufacturing Defect – A demonstrable deviation from the final artwork/proof you approved.

Written Notice Within 72 Hours – You must email msbelts101@gmail.com no later than 72 hours after carrier-confirmed delivery, attaching:
- The order number;
- Unaltered, timestamped photos/videos clearly showing the defect;
- A concise description of the variance from the approved design.
- Pristine Condition – Belt must be unused, unmodified, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, certificates, and protective films intact.
- Prior RMA Authorization – Items shipped without our written Return Merchandise Authorisation will be refused and returned to sender at sender’s expense.
2. Absolute Non-Returnable Items
- Belts matching the proofs you signed off (colour tone, engraving depth, or minor weight variation ≠ defect).
- Items showing any wear, cleaning, or attempted repair.
- “Rush” or expedited orders.
- Gift cards, digital files, or promotional bonuses.
3. Customer Obligations & Costs
- Return Shipping – You must arrange, pre-pay, and insure trackable return shipping to the address provided in the RMA.
- Risk of Loss – Title and risk remain with you until the belt is signed in at our facility.
- Duties, Taxes, and Brokerage – All outbound and return charges are solely your responsibility and are non-refundable.
- Packaging Standard – Use the original carton and adequate padding; inadequate packaging voids eligibility.
- Inspection Fee – A non-refundable USD 75 inspection fee (or equivalent) will be billed before we evaluate the belt.
4. MS Belts’ Sole & Final Discretion
- Our Quality Control team will complete inspection within seven (7) business days of receipt.
- We alone determine whether a defect exists and what remedy—if any—is warranted.
- We reserve the unrestricted right to deny any return or refund request, regardless of compliance with Sections 1–3.
- Our determination is final, non-negotiable, and not subject to external arbitration. If a claim is denied, you must pay for reshipment within ten (10) days; otherwise storage fees of USD 10 per day will accrue and the belt may be disposed of without further liability.

- 30 % customisation & handling fee to cover labour and materials.
- Processing timeframe: up to fourteen (14) business days to original payment method.
6. Cancellations & Design Changes
- 0–24 hours after order placement: Cancel/change with a 20 % administrative fee.
- 25–48 hours: 50 % of the order total is non-refundable.
- After 48 hours or once engraving/plating begins: No cancellations, no refunds.
7. Carrier Damage
- If outer packaging shows obvious damage, refuse delivery and file a claim directly with the carrier.
- If concealed damage is discovered later, you must pursue the carrier claim; MS Belts can supply documentation but will not issue compensation until the carrier settles—and even then only in accordance with the carrier’s payout.
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without completing the above process constitutes a breach of contract. MS Belts will provide full documentation to contest any unfounded disputes and may recover legal and administrative costs from the customer.

Currency conversion fees, bank surcharges, and exchange-rate fluctuations are non-refundable. Customs delays or inspections are outside our control and do not justify cancellation or refund.

This policy is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Lahore, Pakistan, and you consent to that venue.
