1. Order Processing & Production
- Custom production lead-time: Because every belt is hand-crafted to your approved design, production typically requires 4-10 days (not included in shipping times).
- Processing time: Completed orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days after final Quality Control.
2. Standard Shipping — On the House
- Cost: Standard outbound shipping is FREE on virtually all orders.
- Carrier & service: We select a reputable courier (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS) at our discretion.
- Transit time once dispatched: 4–10 business days to most destinations.
- Tracking: A tracking number is emailed automatically after the parcel leaves our facility.
Important: Transit times are estimates, not guarantees. Holidays, customs inspections, extreme weather, or carrier disruptions may cause delays beyond our control.
3. Expedited Shipping — Optional & Quoted Case-by-Case
- Availability: If you need your belt faster, request expedited service before finalising payment.
- Cost: You pay the full, real-time courier rate plus any surcharge for remote or extended-area delivery. Rates vary by destination, weight, and service level; we will quote options for your approval.
- Billing: Expedited fees must be paid in full before we ship. They are non-refundable once the parcel is in transit.
4. International Duties, Taxes & Brokerage
- Who pays: All import duties, VAT/GST, customs clearance fees, and brokerage charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.
- Refused or abandoned parcels: If you decline to pay duties or refuse delivery, the carrier may return, destroy, or auction the package. MS Belts will not issue a refund for such events.
5. Risk of Loss & Insurance
- Title transfer: Risk of loss transfers to you the moment the parcel is handed to the carrier.
- Insurance: Upon customer's request, standard shipping includes minimal carrier insurance (usually USD 100) can be included for an additional price. Higher coverage is available upon request at your cost and must be arranged before dispatch.
- Damaged packages: Inspect the box upon delivery. Any visible external damage should be photographed before signing; note the damage on the carrier’s receipt or refuse the parcel and immediately open a carrier claim.
6. Address Accuracy & Rerouting
- Verification: Provide a complete and correct address at checkout.
- Changes: Address changes requested after dispatch incur rerouting fees payable by you and may delay delivery.
- Undeliverable packages: Cost of reshipping (including any return freight billed to us by the carrier) is your responsibility.
