MS Belts is a workshop in Sialkot, Pakistan, that makes championship belts to order. You pick a design or send us your own idea, and we make that belt for you. This page says plainly who we are, where the work happens and what we do not claim.

Where we are
Our workshop is in Sialkot, a city in Punjab, Pakistan, long known for sports goods, leatherwork and metal craft made for export. Every belt we sell is made here and shipped from here by courier.

Who makes your belt
The workshop has been making belts for over a decade. The artisans at each phase come from families that have done this kind of work for generations. Each belt goes through 7 or 8 phases, depending on the build. The phases run from preparing the artwork to packing the finished belt for the courier.
Process
How we work
Every belt is made to order. No belt is made before someone asks for it. The plates are brass, cut and engraved or CNC-machined, or zinc alloy cast in a mould for the HD build, where casting takes the place of cutting. Gold electroplating, a thin layer of real 24K gold on the surface of the plates, happens only when you choose it or when it is included.
Under normal conditions, most belts are finished in 5–6 working days. For a custom design, the clock starts when you approve the design.

Phase 1: Design and artwork
The design is drawn or adapted, and logos and lettering are prepared as artwork for the plates.

Phase 2: Cutting the plates
Brass plates are cut and engraved to the design, or CNC-machined for finer detail. For cast and HD builds, zinc alloy plates are cast in a mould made for the design instead.

Phase 3: Engraving and detailing
The design is engraved into the plates, and the detail is finished by hand.

Edges are cleaned and the plates are polished.

Phase 5: Gold electroplating
A thin layer of real 24K gold is electroplated onto the plates. The belt is not solid gold.

Phase 6: Colour filling
Coloured areas of the design are filled with colour.

Phase 7: The leather strap
The cowhide strap is cut to shape, finished and fitted with its snaps.

Phase 8: Assembly, final check and packing
The plates are fixed to the strap, the belt is checked against the order, and it is packed for courier dispatch.

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is free worldwide by courier (UPS, FedEx or DHL), tracked and insured. Import duties are prepaid by us (DDP), so there are no customs charges to pay on delivery. You can reach us at support@msbelts.com.

Our delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Our legal seller is a US company, but no belt is made in or shipped from the United States. If a detail matters for your order, such as a weight, a fit or a date, ask us and we will confirm it in writing.
