If you need more than one belt, send us the details and we will reply by email with a written quote for the whole order. The quote confirms the price and the timing for your order. For a custom design, production starts after you approve the design.

You do not need to know anything about belts to ask for a quote. If you are unsure about an option, say so in your message.

How it works

1. Tell us what you need

   Send the quantity, the designs, the date you need the belts and the delivery country. You can use the form on this page or email support@msbelts.com.

2. We send a written quote

   We reply by email. The quote sets out the price and the timing for your order.

3. You check and approve

   Read the quote and check every name and all the wording. For a custom design, production starts after you approve the design.

4. We make and ship the belts

   Every belt is made to order in our workshop and shipped from there by express courier, with tracking. You can read about the 7 or 8 phases on how a belt is made.

How pricing works for several belts

We do not publish a price list for orders of several belts. Pricing for several belts is quoted for your order and confirmed in writing.

For a design from the shop, the listed price is the price shown on the product page for the build you choose. A build is the set of options on a belt: the plate metal, the plate thickness and the plating. Custom name plates and engraving start from $25, and fully custom designs are quoted by email. Prices are in US dollars.

If your belts share a design but differ in details, such as the name on each belt, tell us so the quote can cover each belt.

What the written quote confirms

• The price for your order, in US dollars.
• The timing for your order. We do not publish a separate timing for orders of several belts. Tell us the date you need the belts so the quote can address it.

MS Belts is a brand of Qelv LLC (Wyoming, USA). Every belt is made in and shipped from our workshop in Pakistan. Qelv LLC is the legal seller.

Shipping and import duties

Shipping is free worldwide by express courier (UPS, FedEx or DHL), with tracking. Every order is dispatched from our workshop.

Import duties and taxes are not included. If the destination country charges them, the courier bills the recipient. The United States does charge them, so allow for this in your budget.

If a belt arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered

Because every belt is made to order, change-of-mind returns are not accepted. If a belt arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, email support@msbelts.com with photos within 14 days of delivery. We will repair it, replace it or refund it. The refund policy has the full terms.

How is the price for several belts worked out?

It is quoted for your order and confirmed in writing. We do not publish a price list for orders of several belts.

How long does a bulk order take?

Timing for several belts is confirmed in writing in your quote. We do not publish a separate timing for these orders. If you have an event date, put it in your message and read planning around your event date.

Who pays for shipping and import duties?

Shipping is free by express courier. Import duties or taxes, if the destination country charges them, are billed to the recipient by the courier and are not included in our prices.

What to send us

• How many belts you need.
• How many different designs there are, and which belts share a design.
• A description of each design, and whether you have a logo or artwork to send. Our guide to preparing your artwork explains what to get ready.
• The names, divisions or wording for each belt.
• The options you want, if you know them: zinc alloy or brass plates, plate thickness (2, 4, 6 or 8 mm), and gold plating or no plating. If you are not sure, say so.
• The date you need the belts in hand.
• The country the belts will be delivered to.
• The company or organisation name, if the order is for one.
