Shipping is free worldwide. Every belt is made in and shipped from our workshop in Pakistan, by express courier (UPS, FedEx or DHL), with tracking. What is not included is anything your own country charges on imports. Import duties or taxes, if your country charges them, are billed to you by the courier and are not included in our prices. The United States does charge them, so buyers there should expect a separate bill from the courier.

Where your belt ships from
MS Belts is a brand of Qelv LLC (Wyoming, USA). Every belt is made in and shipped from our workshop in Pakistan.
Every belt is made to order, so there is no ready-made stock to send. Your belt is dispatched from our workshop once it is finished, and your tracking will show a parcel that starts its journey in Pakistan. That is expected.
What free shipping covers
Free shipping covers the courier's charge for carrying the parcel from the workshop to your address, with tracking. You pay us nothing extra for delivery at checkout.
It does not cover import duties, import taxes or any fee that customs or the courier adds in your country. Those are separate, and they are explained below.
One note on wording. Express courier is the name of a type of service: a door-to-door carrier that also handles the customs paperwork. It is not a promise of a delivery date.
How long delivery takes
Most belts are made in about 5 to 6 working days. Delivery then takes up to 5 working days by courier, worldwide. Allow about 6 to 11 working days door to door. Customs checks can occasionally add time.
These are estimates, not guarantees. If the belt is for a fixed date, read planning back from your event date before you order.
Customs, duties and taxes in plain words
Customs is the government office that checks goods entering a country. An import duty is a charge a country places on goods brought in from abroad. Some countries also add a sales tax on imports, often called VAT (value added tax) or GST (goods and services tax). Every country sets its own rules.
Who pays
You do, as the person receiving the parcel. The courier usually pays customs on your behalf so the parcel can keep moving, then bills you. The request can arrive before delivery, at the door or, with some couriers, as an invoice afterwards.
How much it will be
We cannot give you a figure. The amount is set by your country, not by us. It commonly depends on the type of goods, their value and where they were made, and the rules change from time to time. For a reliable answer, check your customs authority's website, or ask the courier once you have a tracking number. Couriers often add a handling fee of their own for the paperwork. That fee is set by the courier.
How you are asked to pay
The courier normally contacts you by phone, text or email and quotes your tracking number. Before you pay, check that the tracking number matches the one we emailed you. If you pay online, use the courier's own website or app. A courier can hold a parcel until the charges are paid, so paying promptly avoids a delay.
Budgeting for the full cost
Your total has two parts: the price you pay us at checkout, in US dollars, and any import charges the courier bills you in your country.
Import charges are commonly worked out from the value of the goods. So an upgrade that raises the price of the belt can also raise the bill at the border. Brass plates add $100 to the listed price, for example, and a gold plated belt costs $70 more than the same belt unplated. The guide to what a championship belt costs shows how the options add up.
Tracking and delivery day
Every order ships with tracking, so you can follow the parcel and see which courier is carrying it. Express couriers generally need a street address and a phone number they can reach. Choose an address where someone can receive a parcel during the day.
If something goes wrong
If a belt arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, email support@msbelts.com with photos within 14 days of delivery. We will repair it, replace it or refund it. If the box itself looks damaged, photograph it before you open it.
Because every belt is made to order, change-of-mind returns are not accepted. An order can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placing it. The full wording is in the shipping policy and the refund policy.
