A wrestling promotion needs one belt for every title it runs, and a tag team title needs two. A new promotion can start with two or three titles, order them as a matched set so they look like one brand, and add name plates so each champion's reign is recorded. Custom title belts start at $275 each, and five or more belts are 20% off each, so a set of five SD belts is $1,100.
How many titles does a promotion need?
Each title needs matches and storylines to stay meaningful, so start small. A promotion that runs one show a month can do a lot with a few belts. You can add a title later with the same artwork, and repeat orders get 5% off with the code REPEAT5.

Make the set look like one family
A matched set reads as one brand on camera. Keep the plate layout the same across every belt, and change the wording, the strap colours and a single detail on each. The strap can be any colour, and the front and back can differ. That means a main colour for the show and a second colour on the back for each title.

Design for the seats and the camera
Most people will see your belts from the seats, on a phone screen or in a poster photograph, not in their hands. Design for that. Use a large centre plate with the title name in big lettering, and keep the promotion's logo simple. Fine lines and small text disappear at a distance, so keep them for a close-up crest, and choose the CNC build if you need that detail.
Check the mockup on your phone at arm's length. If you cannot read the title, the crowd will not either. Also think about the colours of your posters and ring. A strap colour that matches your show colours looks planned in every photograph.
Which build should each title get?
You do not need the same build on every belt, but a set that is built the same looks more consistent. The three builds differ in how the plates are made.

A mould is the hollow shape that molten metal is poured into. The HD build costs more because the mould has to be made and the plates are finished by hand. Zinc alloy is not the dearer metal. What a set costs
Volume prices come off automatically in the cart. These are the prices for the same build repeated across the set. Name plates, gold, thicker plates and express building are added on top.

Notice the sum at five belts. Four SD belts at full price are $1,100, and five SD belts at $220 each are also $1,100. The same is true of CNC ($1,400) and HD ($2,200). If you are planning four titles, a fifth costs nothing extra.
Sets beyond ten belts are a custom quote. The options are the same on every belt: 24K gold electroplating is +$20 per belt, plates are 2 mm as standard and 3, 4 or 5 mm are +$50 per extra millimetre, and name plate engraving is +$25.
Recording champions on the belt
A belt that changes hands needs a way to show who held it. Name plate engraving adds a plate with a name, a date or a short line of text, for +$25. Decide before you order how you want to record the champions, and say so in your brief.
One simple approach is to engrave only the current champion, and keep the full list of past champions on your website or in your show programme. Another is to plan a plate for each reign from the start. Either way, tell us in your brief, so the layout leaves room for it.
Timing around your next show
Work back from the show date. The estimates are:
- Mockup: within 48 hours of your brief.
- Build: about 4 weeks from mockup approval for a single belt.
- Matched sets of five or more: usually 6 to 8 weeks from approval.
- Express: a 7-day build is +$80 per belt, if you are short of time.
- Delivery: free worldwide by express courier (UPS, FedEx or DHL), with tracking. Import duties are prepaid, so there are no customs charges on delivery.
These are estimates, not guarantees. For a debut show, aim to approve the design at least ten weeks before the date, so a delay does not decide the card. The timing guide shows how to count back.
