Quick answers
How long will my belt take?
Every belt is made to order. Most belts are made in 5–6 working days, then delivered by courier in up to 5 working days, anywhere in the world: about 6–11 working days door to door. Customs checks can occasionally add time. These are estimates under normal conditions, not guarantees. For a custom design, the clock starts when you approve the design.
Where is my order?
Your belt is made after you order, so there is a quiet period while it is in the workshop. It then ships by courier (UPS, FedEx or DHL) with tracking. If you cannot find your tracking details, send us your order number and we will look into it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can cancel free of charge within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, because every belt is made to order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. If you need to change a detail, email us as soon as you can with your order number and we will tell you what is still possible.
My belt arrived damaged, faulty or not as ordered. What should I do?
Email support@msbelts.com with your order number and photos within 14 days of delivery. We will repair it, replace it or refund it.
Will I have to pay import duties or taxes?
No. Import duties are prepaid by us (DDP), so there are no customs charges to pay on delivery. Shipping itself is free worldwide, tracked and insured.
Who am I buying from, and where are you?
MS Belts is a brand of Qelv LLC (Wyoming, USA). Every belt is made in and shipped from our workshop in Pakistan. We are an independent workshop.
