Standard custom builds are 4 weeks from approved mock-up to ship. Express forge is 7 days for an additional $80. Bulk orders (5+ belts) typically run 6–8 weeks depending on plate complexity.

Plating defects, hardware failure (snap buttons, rivets), and stitching for as long as you own the belt. We'll re-plate any CNC zinc plate after 10 years free of charge — just pay shipping. Drop damage and intentional misuse aren't covered, but we'll always quote a repair.

Yes. Anything — a photo of a napkin sketch, a logo from your phone, a CAD file. Our design team vectorizes everything by hand and sends a mock-up in 48 hours. There's no charge for the mock-up; you only pay once you approve.

We ship tracked & insured to 100+ countries. Shipping is free on orders over $300. Customs duties for international orders are prepaid (DDP) so there are no surprises on delivery.

Real 24-karat gold, electroplated in our own gold-plating tank, then hand-polished four times. Not a lacquer, not a paint, not anodized. The plating is tarnish-resistant for the life of the belt; we'll re-plate if it ever dulls.

CNC series plates are individually machined from solid zinc on industrial mills — the heavyweight, top-tier finish. Automated HD plates are precision-cast and finished by hand, slightly lighter and more affordable. Both are 24K plated, both carry the lifetime warranty.
