Can I order just one belt, or is there a minimum?
No minimum — we build custom belts one at a time. Order a single belt or a full run for an entire roster; the process is exactly the same.
Can you make a belt from my own logo or design?
Yes. Send us a logo, a sketch, or even a rough idea and we design the plates around it. There's no real limit on what we can put on a belt.
What plating and finishes can I choose?
All of them — CNC, SD, HD, casted, and full 24K gold. Tell us the look you're after and we'll match it to your build.
What strap colors and sizes do you offer?
Every leather color, and we can even run a different color on the back. Belts come in any size — kids, adult, or jumbo — with a strap 2–5 mm thick.
Will I see a mock-up before you make it?
Always. We send a digital mock-up for your approval before anything goes into production, and we'll match your exact brand colors. It comes back about 2 days after we receive your artwork.
How many revisions do I get?
Unlimited, free of charge. We keep refining the mock-up until it's exactly right — you only approve once you're 100% happy.
How long does a custom belt take to make?
About 1 week for a single belt once the design is approved. Larger runs scale from there — roughly 10 belts in 2 weeks — and we can produce around 200 belts a month.
Do you offer rush production?
Yes. We can turn a belt around in as little as 5 days — and there's no extra rush charge.
Do you ship worldwide, and is delivery included?
Yes — free delivery worldwide, shipped with UPS, DHL, or FedEx. Most US orders arrive in about 5 days.
Can you ship in plain packaging?
Yes. We can ship in plain packaging with no MS Belts inserts — handy for resellers and for belts bought as gifts.
How do I pay, and is there a deposit?
You pay securely through our Shopify checkout. For larger custom orders we start with a 30–50% deposit and settle the balance once you've approved the final mock-up.
Do you offer sample belts?
Yes — samples are available (paid). Just ask and we'll quote one based on the build you have in mind.
I'm a reseller — can I use your photos and dropship?
Yes to both. Resellers are welcome to use our product photos, and we can dropship a single belt straight to your customer with your own branding on the belt, box, and paperwork.
What's your return and warranty policy on custom belts?
Because every belt is made to order, custom belts aren't returnable. But your build is covered — if it ever arrives damaged we repair it free of charge, and the metal plates are built to last.
