A company award belt is a custom belt that carries your company name, your logo and the award it stands for, such as top seller of the quarter. You send the artwork and wording, the design is approved, and the belt is made to order in our workshop. Custom designs are quoted by email. Allow about 6 to 11 working days door to door once the design is approved.
Three common ways to use a belt at work

Two words used throughout: plates are the metal parts of the belt, and the strap is the leather part.
What can go on the belt?
Logos, name plates, engraving and fully custom designs are all available. A name plate is a small metal plate that carries a name, a year or a short line of text. Engraving means cutting lettering or detail into the metal. Custom name plates and engraving start from $25. Fully custom designs are quoted by email.

Keep the wording short: a company name, the award name and a year are usually enough.
Can one belt rotate between winners?
Yes. The strap is cowhide leather, about 50 to 51 inches (127 to 130 cm) long. It closes with snaps, which are push-together metal fasteners, and has several snap positions, so the same belt adjusts from one winner to the next.
We do not publish a waist range, so send us the measurement you need to cover. To record each winner, ask about name plates or engraving. Whether the belt will fit, and whether a plate can be added or replaced later, is confirmed in writing for your order.
Can we order for several regions or teams?
You can ask for several belts in one request through the wholesale page. Include:
- how many belts you need
- whether they share one design or need different designs
- what changes from belt to belt
- the delivery country and your event date

Who is the seller?
MS Belts is a brand of Qelv LLC (Wyoming, USA). Every belt is made in and shipped from our workshop in Pakistan. Prices are in US dollars. The contact email is support@msbelts.com.
If your company needs a written quote, needs particular paperwork or has a question about payment, say so when you ask for a quote. We confirm in writing what we can provide before you order.
Which options are there, and what do they add?
- Metal. The plates are zinc alloy as standard. An alloy is a mix of metals. Brass is an upgrade at +$100. In general, brass is denser, heavier and harder than zinc alloy.
- Thickness. Plates are 2 mm thick as standard, with 4 mm, 6 mm and 8 mm upgrades at +$40 per step. Thicker plates allow deeper relief, which is the height difference between the raised and recessed parts of the design.
- Gold plating. 24K gold electroplating is optional. It is a thin layer of real gold on the surface of the plate. The belt is not solid gold. The price difference between plated and unplated is $70.
A worked example on a listed design: brass (+$100) and a 6 mm plate (two steps, +$80) add $180 to the listed price.
How early should we order for a sales kick-off or awards night?
Most belts are made in about 5 to 6 working days. Delivery then takes up to 5 working days by courier, worldwide. Allow about 6 to 11 working days door to door. Customs checks can occasionally add time. These are estimates, never guarantees.
For a custom design, the clock starts when the design is approved. Order at least 3 weeks ahead to allow for design approval and customs. Agree the logo, wording and budget inside your company first. If your date is close, tell us before you order so the timing can be confirmed in writing. See planning back from your event date.
What about shipping and import charges?
Shipping is free worldwide by express courier (UPS, FedEx or DHL), with tracking. Every order is dispatched from our workshop, so the parcel comes from Pakistan.
Import duties or taxes, if your country charges them, are billed to you by the courier and are not included in our prices. The United States does charge them. Tell the person who receives deliveries to expect that bill. More detail is in shipping, customs and import duties.
What if something is wrong?
Check names and spelling before the design is approved. Because every belt is made to order, change-of-mind returns are not accepted. An order can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placing it.
Open the parcel as soon as it arrives. If a belt arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, email support@msbelts.com with photos within 14 days of delivery. MS Belts will repair it, replace it or refund it.
