Every custom championship belt on this page is machined and assembled one at a time, to a brief you set. There is no minimum order and nothing is pulled off a shelf. What A Custom Belt Costs

Pricing builds up from a base, so you only pay for what you add. This is the full ladder, with nothing hidden at checkout. Our custom wrestling belt buying guide walks through how each choice moves the final figure.

Standard build, included in the base price:

• CNC-machined zinc alloy plates
• 2 mm plate thickness
• No plating, raw machined finish
• Genuine cowhide leather strap

Paid upgrades:

• Brass plates instead of zinc, add $100
• 24K gold plating, add $70
• 4 mm plates, add $40
• 6 mm plates, add $80
• 8 mm plates, add $120

Brass, gold plating and thicker plates are options, not defaults. Your belt is quoted at the standard build unless you select otherwise, so the price you see is the price for what you actually asked for.

How We Build Your Belt

1. Send the brief. Plate shape, the name or text you want engraved, any logo, strap colour, and how many belts.
2. We draw it. You get a visual mock-up of your plates before anything is cut.
3. You approve. Nothing goes near a machine until you have signed off on the artwork and the final price.
4. Machining. Plates are CNC-cut from solid zinc or brass, then deburred and polished.
5. Finishing. Plating applied if you selected it, then every plate is hand-mounted and riveted onto the strap.
6. Shipping. Free worldwide, tracked.

Turnaround depends on plate count, finish and order size. We confirm a firm completion date in writing alongside your mock-up, before you pay a deposit, rather than quoting a generic lead time here.

Is there a minimum order?

No. We build single belts as readily as a run of twenty, which is unusual for a custom belt maker at this quality level.

Can I send my own logo or artwork?

Yes. Send whatever you have, including a rough sketch or a photo. We redraw it to a machine-ready file and show you the mock-up before cutting.

What is the difference between a custom belt and a replica?

A replica follows a fixed, existing design. A custom wrestling championship belt is cut to your specification, so plate shapes, engraving and finish are all yours to set.

Do I see the design before it is made?

Always. You approve a visual mock-up and a final price before production starts, and no deposit is taken before that point.

Do you make belts other than wrestling?

Yes. Boxing, MMA, BJJ, powerlifting, fantasy leagues and corporate awards all use the same build process and the same pricing ladder.

Are these official licensed belts?

No. MS Belts is an independent manufacturer. Our belts are not officially licensed by, endorsed by, or affiliated with any wrestling promotion or sporting organisation.
